Photo shoot return to RAF Cluntoe
Having previously identified all sites I was able to get capturing straight away. My approach was the same as Killadeas to be objective as possible and use the camera as a descriptive tool. From researching Stephen Shore I tried to encapsulate a concept of his “I’m often relying on the descriptive power of the camera to make a complex picture that the viewer moves their attention through, so what I’m doing is creating a small world for the viewer to explore, rather than the impression of what it’s like to look through my eyes”(Shore, 2018). I’m happy with the selection of images I have captured and will be featuring some in in my work in progress.
