Last couple of weeks of the final module I have been quite busy with various things. I met with historian Jonny McNee who helped me with the final bits of information (for captions) I needed on sites Limavady and Eglinton. The main bulk of my time took completing my pdf for my book which you can find a more detailed post here. I’m pleased with the overall outcome although I would have preferred a more professional printed book, but I just had to go with what the budget allowed. The book is with the printers for file assessment, so I haven’t seen the proof, I could be pleasantly surprised with the final article. I then turned my attentions onto the website, using Squarespace I created a site that I think reflects my imagery and message well for this project –again you can find a more detailed post here.
As it currently stands I have 4 weeks left, I would like to finish before my deadline as I am going on holiday so it’s important I stick to my action plan (below) in order to get the last 2 assignments completed to the highest standard. I have started the pdf for presenting my Final Major Project, which I hope to produce an interactive pdf using Indesign. I have cross referenced examples of past FMP pdf’s with learning outcomes so hopefully I am on the right track.
