I think at this point having covered 3 areas it is time to reflect on my images that I have shot so far and work out if any are at the standard for my WIP. I have shown these images to my tutor in a 1-1 webinar. Feedback was given that I have catalogued these buildings, but Michelle was struggling to see my own perspective my feeling for the landscape for these areas. Michelle set me the task to go back and capture the landscape in my own way, to be more poetic or metaphoric with my work. I will head back to Newtownards, as most of it has access to the public I can really take my time and explore some other aspects.
Below is a selection of my images, for me they don’t work as a body of work. Obvious lighting differences and just the composition of some of the images just don’t sit well with me.
